My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The breathtaking view of the Sapa valley was definitely a highlight, and I appreciated the spacious and clean room. However, the inconsistency with the shower and the crowded lobby really took away from the experience. Plus, the hard mattress made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, which is a letdown when you're looking for a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

My experience at Sapa Summit Hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, but the service was abysmal and the location required climbing many stairs. Breakfast options were limited and not appealing. While the evening meals were tasty, the overall value for the price paid was not worth it due to the numerous inconveniences.

The hotel was a letdown overall. While the room was clean and had a nice view from the top floor, the mattress was painfully hard, and the furniture was in dire need of an update. The food served was far from impressive, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. I would recommend looking for a better place in Sapa, as there are many options available.

The Sapa Summit hotel has a unique design and offers beautiful views, but it comes with significant drawbacks such as the strenuous climb to access it and the lack of an elevator. The room we had faced some issues with cleanliness, and the dining options were repetitive. However, the trekking experience was enjoyable despite the muddy paths. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but with some aspects that need improvement.

I had a decent stay at this hotel during my trip to Sapa. The views from the restaurant and my balcony were absolutely stunning, which made the experience memorable. However, the dining options could use improvement, particularly with the western meals running out quickly. The rooms were basic but clean, making it a reasonable choice for budget travelers looking for good views and a place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the impressive buffet breakfast that gave me a good start before my trekking adventures. The room was spacious and clean, with lovely views over the rice paddies. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, particularly with the dangerous stone steps leading to the restaurant. While the location is slightly out of town, it's still a manageable walk.
